Order Confirmation After submitting your order, our team will review the details. If necessary, a support manager will contact you via the phone number provided to confirm your delivery time and product availability. 3. Required Information To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure your checkout details are accurate:

  • Full Name

  • Contact Phone Number

  • Exact Delivery Address

  • Additional Details (Preferred delivery date, door/intercom code, etc.)

💳 Payment Methods We offer flexible payment options to make your checkout experience as convenient as possible:

1. Online Payment (Secure Checkout) Pay instantly and securely on our website using:

  • Idram · Telcell Wallet

2. Cash on Delivery Pay for your order in cash at the moment it arrives. Simply hand the payment to our courier, and you will receive your receipt and official invoice. (To use this option, select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout).

📦 Delivery Prices, Areas & Schedules We offer fast, safe, and professional delivery for all our products. (Please note: Delivery service is available for minimum orders of 10,000 AMD).

Standard Delivery

  • Yerevan: 1,000 – 2,000 AMD. Orders are delivered the next working day after confirmation.

  • Regions, Towns & Villages: Delivery costs are calculated individually based on your location. Delivery times will be confirmed by our staff when your order is placed. (Regional standard delivery requires an advance payment of the delivery fee).

⏱ Express Delivery Need clean air immediately? We offer ultra-fast delivery.

  • Within Yerevan (Delivery in 1 Hour): 5,000 AMD

  • Regions (Delivery up to 12 Hours): 500 AMD per km (up to 60km) / 350 AMD per km (beyond 60km). (Express regional delivery requires a 100% advance payment of the delivery fee).
