Standard 14-Day Return Policy According to the Law on Consumer Rights Protection, consumers have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days of purchase if it does not meet their expectations.

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original, undamaged packaging. You must also present the official receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items Certain types of goods cannot be returned due to strict health, hygiene, and technical standards. These exceptions include:

• Hygienic and Personal Use Products: Items such as replacement air filters, humidifiers, vacuums, or any personal care devices cannot be returned or exchanged if the protective hygienic factory packaging has been opened or unsealed.

• Complex Electronics: Devices such as air purifiers, smart home equipment, and other electronic appliances cannot be returned if they have been unsealed, powered on, or used, except in the case of a verified factory defect.

Defective Products & Warranty If your product is damaged upon delivery or contains a factory defect, please contact our support team immediately. Please note that for complex electronics, warranty service generally involves expert repair rather than an immediate return or exchange, unless a return is explicitly authorized by the manufacturer's service center.

Refund Process & Delivery Fees

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the funds will be returned to your original method of payment (or issued in cash, depending on your original payment method).

• Delivery fees are strictly non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of delivery will be deducted from your total refund amount.

• Customers are responsible for covering any return shipping or courier costs to send the item back to us, unless the return is due to our direct error (e.g., we delivered the wrong product).
